Our website is designed for students nominated by their home universities to participate in exchange programs:
- Erasmus (EU partners)
- Exchange programs based on bilateral agreements (non-EU and EU partners)
- Joint and Double Degrees
This web site is also addressed to students who would like to study at Collegium Civitas
for a semester or two and who study at universities that are not our partners:
- One semester abroad program
- your ID card or passport,
- documents required depending on the program (all documents should be attached to the form)
- photo (jpg).
Erasmus and Exchange program students:Recommendation letter from academic teacher or supervisor in English or the original with its English translation / Official Transcript of records in English / 1 photograph (jpg, 232 x 291 pixels, 300 dpi, 50kB)./ Outline of courses chosen to be studied at CC / ID card or passport copy / Proof of Proficiency in English
Joint and Double Degree students: Curriculum Vitae (Resume) / Cover letter / Opinion from your BA thesis supervisor / Transcript of records for the BA program / BA degree diploma / ID card or passport copy /1 photograph (jpg, 232 x 291 pixels, 300 dpi, 50kB) / Proof of Proficiency in English
One semester abroad program: Curriculum Vitae (Resume) / official transcript of records from your current university/college with the grading scale / A copy of your passport or other ID / Proof of Proficiency in English
Please fill in your personal and contact data carefully and correctly. In particular, please pay attention to the Polish characters, lower and upper case letters and punctuation marks.
Your personal data should be the same as they appear on your certificates, diplomas or identity card.
While completing the application form, please remember the following principles:
- after a period of inactivity the site automatically expires; if this is the case, the application process has to be restarted
- make sure you click the button that says ‘confirm data’, otherwise you have not completed the form.
Having completed the application process, you can log in to the system by providing your login and password.
As your login, please use your candidate number that will be automatically generated by the system after the application process has been successfully completed.
You will be able to set up your password when filling in the recruitment form.
Rules and Regulations of the Registration Process
Prior to setting-up the account, the following rules must be accepted.
Filling in the enrolment form is tantamount to consent to processing of the personal data of the registering person and the consent to processing and use
of personal data by Collegium Civitas for the purposes of the enrolment procedure and documentation of the selected path of study as well as for the purposes
of fulfilment of the obligations specified in the Law on Higher Education and other provisions of law, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection.

The administrator of personal data is Collegium Civitas, a non-state university with its seat in Warsaw, Pałac Kultury in Nauki, Plac Defilad 1, 00-901 Warsaw,
entered in the register of non-state universities and associations of non-state universities maintained by the Minister of Science and Higher Education under the Reference Number 129.
Anyone who provided their data has the right to access and correct them at any time. Provision of personal data is voluntary but the refusal to provide them is equivalent to inability to
initiate registration and participate in Collegium Civitas study enrolment process.
